Job DescriptionOverall Job Objectives
The Service Crew assists in the daily service operations, which includes directing customers to their seats, taking customers’ orders in the outlet, answering enquiries pertaining to their meal, providing recommendations on meal promotions, serving food and beverage to customers. He/She will be required to perform cashiering duties, such as presenting bills that itemise total meal costs and sales taxes. He/She must be able to work under pressure to serve customers efficiently and maintain high energy level. He/she will need to work well with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service and delivery of food to customers.Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness Management

• No prior experience required
• Revelant experience in the F&B Industry will be an advantage
• Communicate in English and 1 other language
• Willing to work rotating shifts
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays Attributes

• Enjoys interacting with people and serving customers
