Responsibilities:
- Arrange import/export shipments for customers
- Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely delivery
- Process import/export shipping documentation
- Perform other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
- Handle basic administrative duties including costings and payment follow-up
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in handling shipping documentation with freight forwarding knowledge
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in handling shipping documentation
- Entry-level candidates with freight forwarding knowledge are encouraged to apply
- Training and support will be provided
- Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, and a great team spirit
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and work in a fast-paced environment
