Supply Chain Executive - Urgent Role

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company with an integrated platform for product development and commercialization. It strategically focuses on some of the largest and fast-growing therapeutic areas with significant unmet medical needs, primarily including oncology and severe infection. Leveraging its integrated platform, it strives to develop and commercialize a portfolio of high-quality marketed products, including its proprietary products and pipeline drugs in the focused therapeutic areas.

Due to expansion of business, it requires a Supply Chain Executive to be based in Singapore.  

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1.    Shipment Handling: 

• Coordination of import permits to secondary packager.
• Ensuring all shipment arrival with proper shipping documents and proper conditions to customer and secondary packager 
• Responsible for all export activities and documentation from secondary packager to customer to ensure deliveries on time.
• Preparation of required documents for import activities from respective suppliers and CMOs ensuring the inventory arrives on time to customers

2.    Sales Ordering processing and Coordination with APAC Distributors

3.    Preparation of quarter and monthly closing reports

4.    Transaction activities using RfXcel [ receiving and good issuance] and Oracle system [Sales order processing and PGI of goods ] 

5.    Responsible for application of certification for export activities to certain countries 

 Requirements

• Preferably at least a diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, Business Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and supply Chain software such as Oracle is beneficial. 
• Excellent experience in supply chain management
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industries will be beneficial. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive and outcome oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
