Job Description - Team Leader - Car Mechanic - Urgent Role

Job Description:

We are an automotive workshop that services, repairs, tunes and codes BMW and MINI Coopers.
We operate from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm.
A friendly team that can work independently and as a unit.

Job Scope:

Lead a team of junior mechanics
Train junior mechanics on SOPs
Schedule and assign jobs ensuring a timely delivery to customers
Coordinate with the service advisor on repairs and services
Use diagnostic tools to report statistics and fault codes.
Able to do overhaul and wiring.
Perform repairs and inspect the car accordingly based on the checklist provided.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a vehicle mechanic.
Positive attitude
Leadership experience
