Operations Assistant

Gross Salary: Monthly Basic $2,500.00 + Attractive Driving Allowances (Up to $100/day)

About the Role: Shalom Medcare Pte. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in coordinating our daily healthcare transport services, liaising with drivers, clients, hospitals, and dialysis centers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Coordination: Oversee daily transport operations, dispatch, trip schedules, and driver/escort deployment.
2. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, escorts, clients, hospitals, dialysis centers, and nursing homes.
3. Problem Solving: Manage real-time operational issues, manpower shortages, emergency replacements, and service recovery.
4. Administration: Assist with trip records, billing submissions, operational documentation, and ensure PDPA compliance.
5. Ad-hoc Duties: Support other operational tasks assigned by management to maintain service continuity.

Requirements:

1. Valid Singapore Driving License (Required): Must be willing to step in and support operational driving duties during manpower shortages, medical leave, or operational emergencies.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency dispatch changes.

Remuneration & Benefits:

1. Basic Salary: $2,500.00 / month
2. Weekday Driving Allowance (Mon–Fri): $30.00 (Half-Day) / $60.00 (Full-Day)
3. Weekend Driving Allowance (Sat–Sun): $50.00 (Half-Day) / $100.00 (Full-Day)
4. Probation: 3 Months (with performance and salary review upon confirmation)
