Project Manager (with design background)

• We are currently expanding and are in search of project manager and site coordinator with passion for design and project management.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Pre-project implementation meetings on and off-site.
  
• Monitor work / site progress according to timelines
  
• Quote Preparation
• Plan work scheduling and documentation
• Liaison and Coordination with various key-stakeholders (clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers)
• Engage, develop rapport and proactive communication across stakeholders
• Follow–up on compliance and feedback if any from client upon completion
• Assist to curate and direct photoshoots
• The jobs responsibilities between project manager and site coordinator will be discussed during the interview/confirmation.
  

Requirements:

• Independent, reliable, and responsible with a positive work attitude
• Willing to learn, open to the demands of the role including occasional overtime
• Good project management and coordination skills to efficiently multi-task
• Able to work under pressure and/or tight timeline
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin (dialects, a plus)
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro etc
• Candidates with / without experience are welcome
• Interior design and technical background are an advantage (training will be provided)
