We deliver specialist tax advice, accounting and tax services to private clients, family groups and international enterprises.
We are seeking a dynamic and competent Administration Coordinator to assist with the running of our Singapore office. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer who will work closely with you in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this busy small firm.
You role will include (but not limited to):
- General admin duties – mail, reception and office facilities
- Assisting with the management of workflow including work in, preparation of engagement letters, sending completed work to clients
- Debtors and billing
- Database, Document management and Intranet management
This is a diverse role that will see you work on all facets of the business, from basic mail to working on projects such as developing processes to improve efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter and one which will provide you with the opportunity to grow and be an integral part of the team. For the successful candidate there is scope for growth and the opportunity to assist with developing and streamlining business policies.
To be successful you must possess:
- Previous experience in an administration role in a similar accounting firm.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to remove roadblocks for our clients and the team.
- good with accounting and other softwares – such as Xero, MS Office, GSuite
- Superb communicator - verbal, written and listening skills
- Customer service focused – to be successful at this role you must possess a genuine passion to assist our clients.
- Ability to work with the team but also be able to work autonomously and make decisions.
- Willingness to take accountability, can do attitude and roll-your-sleeves approach to getting work done.
