Brief Summary

- 5 Days | Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
- Working Location @ East area
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle for the procurement activities (Sourcing, negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services to meet the Company’s operational requirements.)
- Prepare PO, purchase change orders and requests for quotes from suppliers
- Responsible for procurement business system data input
- Responsible for coordinating subcontract material with sub-tier suppliers and subsequent deliveries to factories
- Follow up and expediting materials from suppliers
- Review and analyse quotes from vendors. Coordinate purchasing activities with suppliers, manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventories in a cost effective and timely manner
- Maintain the procurement database
- Reconciling and managing company inventory movement
- Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer/QA to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of BOM/MRP/SAP preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking
