Credit Executive Collections - Urgent Hiring

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle call-in/WhatsApp enquiries from external parties (i.e. Hirer/Guarantors/Dealers/Brokers)
• Follow up with customers for overdue instalments
• Update ERP entries for payments
• Generate and send reminder letters, 4th and 5th schedules when necessary
• Facilitate vehicle redemption, prepare and issue release letters
• Manage filing of HP loan agreements and related documents
• Provide daily full settlement quotations to dealers from sales team/fax requests/internal mails
• End-to-end completion for full settlement, documentation and closing file after full payment
• Prepare weekly collection dashboard
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience
• All courses of study are welcomed to apply
• Has strong command of English, with both written and oral communication skills
• Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage
