Curriculum Developer

Kowabunga! Global Pte Ltd is looking to hire a creative and talented curriculum developer focused in developing Eco based character development programmes for children. We believe that nature is the child’s teacher and classroom and are committed in delivering programmes which are effective and beneficial for all children in Singapore and Asia.

This is a full time position. 

Responsibilities:

• To develop an engaging and effective pre-school and middle-school curriculum.
• To develop & plan and manage course design and development projects.
• To engage various stakeholders to understand needs and curriculum objectives
• To source, plan and develop the content of above mentioned curriculum according to the relevant teaching pedagogies and requirements set by the Management.
• To set and develop training programmes for educators and teachers implementing the curriculum.
• To coordinate the review of all curriculum to ensure that the programmes are meeting the scope and requirements set by the Management.
• To work collaboratively with various departments for planning and marketing of various educational programmes and events.
• To develop and generate creative content for communication to various stakeholders.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ECDA-approved preschool in Singapore as a teacher/principal
• Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in other softwares (Photoshop, AI, etc) will be a plus.
• Able to work synergistically, collaboratively as well as independently
• Able to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess positive attitude and a strong spirit of team work
• Committed and dedicated team player.
