Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain intranet pages for Finance and Clinic Ops.
- Manage routine and ad hoc tasks for Committees, including the Medical Dept Fund, Health Fund, and Medifund.
- Prepare information for committee meetings.
- Assist in Finance data entry (e.g., receipts and payments).
- Assist in tracking and updating the IT Access Register.
- Assist in updating Clinic Execs Leave Roster and process patient listing.
- Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations Reports.
- Provide secretarial support to the Finance and Clinic Operations Heads of Department.
- Act as a liaison person for Finance and Clinic Ops Department operations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
