Adecco is partnering with a South Korean MNC, renowned for its diverse range of consumer electronics products including smartphones, TVs, home appliances, semiconductors, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site training of new product launches/refreshers to retailer & partners
- Lead and conduct consumer onboarding sessions and innovating our consumer experiences through research and recommendations of topics that are relevant to the marketplace
- Provide weekly training report on promoter/store coverage and clear documentation of improvement plans.
- Meet or exceed training KPIs including Training Portal usage by Field Force/ retailer & partners
- Assist in co-facilitation of training sessions to Field Force/ Promoters and Floor Salesman as required
- Assist in development of training materials with the training team
- Other adhoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Confident & good communicator, comfortable with public speaking
- Tech Savvy as he/she will be training individual staff onsite at retail stores
- 1 - 2 years of experience retail/ coaching
- Willing to travel around island-wide retail stores
- Individual contributor
- A genuine love for technology and mobile innovations
Additional Information:
- 5 days work week (inclusive of 1 weekend) - Off days 1 weekday 1 weekend
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Daily
- Short-term contract (6 months)
- Salary Up to $3500/Month
