HR Executive (APAC) - Start Immediately

The Responsibilities: 

• Manage the whole leadership training process from registration to evaluation
• Plan, design and develop learning road maps for continuous learning opportunities
• Provide training and budget reports, including collation and analysis of training feedback
• Support and advise the APAC offices (Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam) on HR and Administration matters
• Implement HR and Administration initiatives 

The Requirements: 

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
• At least 3 to 5 years’ working experience in the HR Generalist role, looking to specialize in the Learning & Development function
• Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design, learning evaluation, etc.
• Smooth communication & presentation skills
• Great analytical and critical thinking ability with a proactive attitude

Other Information: 
Location: Southwest, Singapore
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
