IT Project Manager - Growth-Minded Organization

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques & tools
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage any third-party vendors ensuring quality services and timely delivery
• Assist with preparatory work for data cleansing activities, including improving the accuracy and quality of the data for migration into the new HR and Finance systems to be implemented
• Actively manage risks in the project to ensure success
• Coordinate efforts between the Business teams, Information Technology department and other departments as necessary. Act as liaison between users of the system and Information Technology team.
• Drive project meetings and facilitate large group discussions, capture actions and monitor activity completion through active delivery management
• Drive process efficiency by promoting increased integration of business systems with HR, finance and other systems
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Info-comm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience;
• Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles;
• Team player with strong interpersonal, organization and people management skills;
• Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Maintains high integrity and displays reliability
