The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Central
  • Up to $3500

Adecco is partnering with a semi-govt organization to seek for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments to maintain a productive and efficient work environment. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The Job:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage office budgets and track expenses, ensuring spending stays within budget.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and upper management to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain and organize office documents and records, assisting with data entry and file management.

The Talent:

  • Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
