Ensure the smooth operations of the Family Training and Resource Centre (FRTC) which includes administrative (attendance, feedback etc), logistical (training resources, refreshments etc) and financial (payment, subsidy claims etc) aspects
Plan, organise and implement training and development courses of FRTC
Develop marketing materials to promote courses
Manage pool of trainers (recruitment, vetting, training, claims, recognition etc)
Submit monthly reports on FRTC
Assist in research of market trends and sector needs
Provide secretariat support to FRTC Management Committee
Manage Admin Assistant to support operations
Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum recognised degree
WSQ Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
