School Health Project Managers (SHPMs)

We are looking for people who believe in a healthy and active lifestyle to be part of a team to encourage schools to adopt Health Promotion Board’s (HPB’s) health promoting programmes and resources. 

Basic requirement for SHPMs:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Have a passion in promoting health programmes for children and youth.
• Good customer service, communications, engagement, project management and time management skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in health promotion/school outreach/sales and marketing is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities of SHPMs

SHPMs will provide the following services to Preschools and Mainstream Schools to enrich their health journey and ecosystem:

• Managing school queries on programmes and resources.
• Conducting presentations and holding discussions with stakeholders to promote programmes and resources. 
• Providing administrative support including booking of programmes on HPB’s Healthy 365 app
• Engaging stakeholders to understand and address needs, to collate and report feedback relating to health promotion efforts in schools to HPB

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays),  8.30am to 6pm 

Full-time positions available

Working location: Suntec, work from home (WFH) and required to visit schools 

Training will be provided
