Retail Supervisor (Office Hours) @ Changi Airport Up to $5000 - Hiring Urgently

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the beauty and cosmetics industry.

The company was founded in France, and has grown into the world's largest cosmetics company, offering a wide range of skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance products.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Operation:
  • Lead team to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and execute action plans
  • Review and implement operational procedures
  • Analyze sales reports and track field team productivity
• Beauty Advisor Management:
  • Ensure BAs adhere to brand policies
  • Participate in recruitment
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Lead and motivate for sales targets
• Retail Excellence:
  • Conduct regular store visits
  • Monitor inventory and incentives
  • Ensure merchandising meets brand standards
• Retailer / Market Intelligence:
  • Report field information
  • Manage retailer relationships

Requirements:

• Passionate with strategic sales planning
• People and relationship management
• Proactive team player in a fast-paced environment
• Beauty and luxury industry experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT)
• Experience in managing and motivating field teams
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to spend 60% of time in the field

Location: Roving between Changi Airport T1 to T4

Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break, or in accordance with business
needs.
