Design Engineer ( Plastics Injection Molding)

Job Responsibilities:

• Task to develop, document and support the build of high precision plastic injection tooling and molded parts for manufacturing.
• Utilize software (Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0) to create plastic molds for manufacturing processes such as injection molding.
• Designing mold based on customer specification and requirements.
• Participate in the mold trials to ensure the parts and products are produced as designed.
• Perform necessary part troubleshooting and necessary changes to ensure parts can be produced smoothly with the required quality.
• Assist the quality team in creating and designing test and measurement fixtures.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with 3D CAD software skill for Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above
• With experience or knowledge of Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication related field preferred.
• Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent mold setting and tooling design
