QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CONSTRUCTION ( M&E FIRM)

• Salary up to $4,800 + AWS + Excellent Bonuses

• Singapore construction project, Based in HQ office

• 25 years reputable M&E construction company

• MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee specific suppliers contract administration
• Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
• Taking BQ for tender submission.
• Ensuring tender submission is on time.
• Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier
• Preparation of material quantities to be delivered to the site

Requirement:

• At least 1 years of quantity Surveyor experience
• MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with chinese speaking counterparts
