Job Description – Promotion Executive

Basically, your duties as an Promotion Executive are as follows:

· Aid in the analysis of store and (individual) department’s daily and monthly sales and development of strategic business plans

· Perform analysis of storewide promotions and modelling for new business initiatives

· Conduct industry and market watch to analyse industry trends and to gather competitors’ promotional information

· Prepare sales report for the current month and prepare sales forecast report based on sales trend

· Compilation/filing of monthly store sales reports

Activities Generation

· Generate special programs and activities.

· Develop core groups of frequent and loyal customers (eg., cash and credit smart cards and other value-added activities).

· Administer customers’ data for Smart Cards and oversee the maintenance of customers’ records in-proper.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

· To create and maintain competitive edge in retail industry by constantly monitoring economic, political, financial, social, market and administrative trends.

· To generate relevant reports.

Plan Company card & Year strategy:

· Make year Company card strategy (review last year card result, capture main challenge, set up annual target & measure to achieve target)

Company Card Promotion Planning

· New acquisition campaign (Plan, negotiation, launch, review)

· Loyalty campaigns, etc.

· Improve members’ active rate promotion (“wake up” promotion, etc.)

Manage Company Card operation

· Company Card sales & review (card day & double bonus point), negotiation with Bank, cash smart customer enquiries, SMS blasts, etc.

Support to Tourists’ Promotion

· Manage Company's Tourist Privilege Card (synergize company card loyalty program)

· Alipay promotion (collect MD, enquiry to alipay, etc.)

· Indonesian promotion (synergize DBS negotiation)

· Other tourists’ promotion (hotel tie-up, airlines, etc.)

Support to corporate matter

· Other corporate planning matter support for management

· Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.
