Job Description - Marketing and Sales Manager (Food and beverage)

  • Market Research: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and using the insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Soynergy's goals and target audience.
  • Brand Building: Establishing and nurturing the Soynergy's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different marketing initiatives based on their potential ROI. Tracking expenses and evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and promotions.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Channel Development: Identifying and developing new sales channels to expand the company's reach and distribution network. This may involve establishing partnerships with new distributors, retailers, or foodservice operators.
  • Key Account Management: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key trade partners, including negotiating contracts, managing pricing and promotions, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop sales plans and forecasts for different channels and market segments. Monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Trade Marketing: Developing and implementing trade marketing programs and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility at the point of sale. This may include trade promotions, in-store displays, merchandising, and POS materials.
