Retail Sales Associate

We are looking to hire suitable candidates to join our team as Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time) to be representing internationally recognised spirits brands at Changi Airport. Join us now as attractive remuneration package awaits.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive brands sales by providing a best-in-class customer service
• Work in a team and achieve sales targets through commitment and collaboration
• Demonstrate cross-selling and up-selling sales techniques
• Ensure merchandising is set up according to standards, and that stock requirements are met
• Maintain knowledge of general and in-store trends and activities of various spirits categories
• Reinforce a positive brand image through your attitude and grooming
• Complete tasks in a timely manner
• Any other duties/matters which may be assigned by your team leader

Requirements

• NITEC / GCE O Level and above (A copy of the educational cert. must be available)
• Willing to work at Changi Airport – a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work retail hours (8 hours/ shift, excluding 1 hour break), rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
