Job Description - Personal Assistant with Telemarketing

Personal Assistant with Telemarketing Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant with Telemarketing experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our executive team while also assisting with telemarketing efforts to drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Previous telemarketing experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva will be appreciated.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to meet expected targets at work.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 1pm to 9pm located near MaryMount MRT.

 

Salary $3,500 per month depending on experience.
