Job Description

We will be working closely to achieve growth and hit monthly sales target.

Responsibilities of Sales Team manager:

• Strong passion in leading, coaching and nurturing a sales team
• Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and recruitment of consultants.
• Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Coordinating with internal departments on lead generation.
• Conduct ongoing training of your salespeople.
• A recognized degree in a relevant field
• Experienced in managing a team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the financial industry regulations & compliance requirements
• Good financial services and insurance sales track records
• Must have minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or banking sales industry
• Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, PGI, BCP)

Salary: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Team sales Incentives
• Performance bonus

Education:

• GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (Preferred)
• Degree preferred.
• more than 2 years full time diploma
