Audio Visual Designer - Start Immediately

Job info:

• Working Day: Monday to Friday
• Working Time: 9am - 6pm
• Working Location: Central Region
• Salary: Basic $4,000 - $4,500 + VB

Description:

• Select equipment that meets customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, and functionality compared to competitors.
• Develop efficient systems aligned with the client's business objectives.
• Advise sales staff on crafting product descriptions, technical specifications, and operational needs in proposals or bid documents.
• Provide guidance to the Project Lead on the ergonomic positioning of equipment.
• Create detailed designs with accurate labeling of equipment, wiring, and diagrams.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all equipment in schematic drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for efficient order management.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Department to review designs and incorporate any updates to meet changing operational requirements.
• Assist Project Managers in equipment placement and integration with other systems.
• Approve schematic drawings for procurement and construction.
• Conduct site inspections during both onsite and offsite implementation.
• Review schematic drawings to ensure the design is executed effectively.
• Inspect systems to confirm they meet user functional requirements.
• Check equipment (for each vertical solution) to ensure proper configuration for optimal performance.
• Identify any deviations in operational requirements and delivery quality, providing a punch list for the Project Lead to address.

Requirements:

Education Qualification:

• ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
• At least 5 years’ experience in an Engineering role in the audio-visual industry
• Must be proficient in AV control system programming
