Position Overview:

As the Nightclub Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation of our high-energy ultra-lounge Dashi Go Go. Your role will involve overseeing nightly activities, managing staff, and maintaining the lounge's standards of excellence. With your leadership, we'll continue to create an atmosphere that's both thrilling and dynamic, setting the stage for unforgettable nights of excitement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of nightclub and lounge operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth, including special events, promotions, and VIP services.
• Curate a dynamic entertainment lineup, including DJs, live music acts, and special performances, to attract and retain guests.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of beverages, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate supply levels and optimal cost control.
• Create and enforce policies and procedures related to responsible alcohol service, safety, and security, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, promoters, and other industry contacts to enhance the venue's reputation and attract top talent.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop and implement promotional strategies, social media campaigns, and advertising initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Nightclub and Lounge Manager or similar role in a high-volume nightclub or entertainment venue.
• Strong understanding of nightclub operations, including staffing, event planning, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Passion for nightlife and a deep understanding of current music trends and entertainment preferences.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
