Job Description - HR Executive

This job involves in the ever-growing opportunities in the digital space. This role requires the candidate to have agile and strategic thinking capabilities to help scale the Company and manage the Company’s core asset: a team of fun loving people and with deep passion of designing and building optical submarine networks that is foundation to the Internet. Your role also includes HR activities in the APAC region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost
  • Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes and exit interview
  • Responsible for all work passes administration (ie: application, renewal and cancellation etc)
  • Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries
  • Assist and manage all employees’ records are properly maintained and update in system (ie; employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits) 
  • Assist and coordinate with all departments in HR matters in recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance management exercise
  • Assist in handle Company’s insurances and cases 
  • Submission of all government claims 
  • Assist in verifying of staff claims according to company policies 
  • Prepare monthly HR reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists and provide support in developing and implementing of HR policies and procedures
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirement

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin 
  • Min 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Good knowledge of employment, labour laws, immigration laws, HR policies and best practices (in Singapore and overseas)
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
  • Hands-on experience in Infotech HRMS will be advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goods organizational skills and meticulous 
  • Ability to work independently and meet dateline
