HR Executive (Food manufacturing)

Benefits:

• Basic up to $4,500
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Location: Tuas west
• 18 days AL + Performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and conduct interviews.
• Perform internal salary benchmarking for new employees.
• Manage appointment confirmations and exit procedures.
• Oversee all personnel administration tasks, including maintaining the employee database.
• Help prepare periodic HR reports, such as manpower and levy reports.
• Administer all work passes (WP, SP, and EP).
• Manage medical insurance and work injury claims.
• Process staff claims, reimbursements, and timesheets.
• Offer administrative support for HR processes and policies.
• Address employee disciplinary matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the factory site.
