Summaries:
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs.
• Manage and execute the end to end recruitment process.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to HODs and line managers.
• Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by HODs and line managers.
• Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
Requirements:
• Degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts, etc.
