Purchasiung Assistant

We are a refrigerated food company located in the west of Singapore. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement of goods for our operations.

 Responsibilities:

•Support PO processes and administrative

• Assist in sourcing for supplies, validation of vendors and invoices, negotiating pricing and placing orders with selected suppliers/vendors

• Upload inventory records and reports

• Ensure timely delivery of supplies from suppliers and vendors including receipt of goods on delivery

• Forecasting

• Provide administrative support in the areas of documentation, data entry, reports

• Follow up on the Purchase Order and work closely with the Sales person in-Charge

• Stock taking

• Other ad-hoc duties
