• Position: Restaurant Manager - Up to $4200 - CENTRAL/EAST
• Location: Various locations - central and east region
• Working hours: 5 or 6 days and working hours (depending on roster)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual leave + Transport Allowance (after 12am)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Food and Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for smooth and efficient running of the daily operations
• Achieve sales goals through operational performance and implementing cost-control measures
• Follow closely to human resource standards, safety and security
• Ensure high standards of performance, appearance and behaviour at all times
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations
• Maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene
• Collect and respond to customer’s feedback and complaints
• Recruit, train, develop and manage staff
• Ensure sufficient staffing for Daily operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan)
• To prepare and execute events in the outlet
• Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu
• Responsible for monthly Inventory submission
• To manage Epoint, record new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc
• Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)
• Responsible for cash bank-in

Requirements:

• Comfortable serving alcohol
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager)
• Food hygiene certification is an added advantage however not a must
