Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR & Admin Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the F&B industry and demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills. This role is crucial to maintaining a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administration of work pass (application, renewal and cancellation, appeal etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily office administrative works including correspondence and communication, documentation, data entry and record keeping, procurement & scheduling.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and operational workflows.
- Manage the company’s administrative budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Provide assistance to Finance Manager as when required.
Government Grants and Initiatives:
- Stay informed about relevant government grants and initiatives, including workforce development and training programs.
- Assist in leveraging these programs to support employee training, skills enhancement and staff recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word and HRMS platforms such as Employment Hero..etc
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership skills and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
