Experienced or Entry Level Painter

We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our family. The candidate must be conscientious and hardworking, working independently, skilled in painting works and good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibility:  

• Ability to perform painting task that include, but not limited to, surface preparation to ensure the coat of paint can be properly applied.
• Ability to plan and schedule for maintaining the paintwork of the common areas, that include but not limited to, calculating the required material and time for each project.
• Ability to work independently when preparing the surroundings and furniture with protective covers and ensure that the place is cleaned upon completion of work.
• Ability to remove and/or protect the fittings such as doorknob, light switch/covers prior to execution of painting works
• Ability to work independently when preparing the surroundings and furniture with protective covers and ensure that the place is cleaned upon completion of work.
• Ability to mixing & match and applying paints and other finishes.
• Ability to filling cracks and holes with putty and caulk, removing wallpaper, scraping and sanding to smooth surfaces.
• Perform any other hands-on duties as when required / request by the management.
