APAC Marcomms Manager (6Months Contract) - with Growth Opportunities

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies across the APAC region, fostering collaboration, and promoting our company's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal and external communication efforts within the APAC region, including coordination with regional and central teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including agencies, journalists, bloggers, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead and manage the execution of global and regional communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accurate reporting on progress.
• Develop and manage communication tools such as presentations, media briefings, and audio-visual libraries.
• Oversee the management of internal communication channels, including the intranet and newsletters.
• Ensure coherent and transparent messaging across all internal channels, reflecting our company's values and goals.
• Act as a deputy to the Region Head in managing all Region President communication initiatives in Singapore.
• Support in the development and execution of communication strategies for China within the APAC scope.
• Manage transverse projects across the region, such as site rebranding.
• Support region functions in pan-region communication programs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in communications and events management.
• Excellent command of English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in communication tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and various digital media channels.
• Experience in managing internal and external communication channels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and convince others in a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on and motivated by challenging work.
