RESPONSIBLITIES
1.Conceptualise, plan and organize social and recreational activities for club members/guests.
2.Preparation of events logistics and operations.
3.Assist in membership’s sales and promotion including roadshows etc.,
4. Prepare post-event reports and feedback
5. To assist in annual budget plans
6. To promote activities through social medical platforms and design publicity materials to increase level of participation. Regular updates of activities in all Club’s social medial platforms.
7.Production of Club Magazines & Annual Report
a. Come out with yearly outline of issues, including the cover story topics
b. Liaison with tenants of their placement of advertisement in magazine, eg, promotions
c. Liaise with design house on the production of magazines to meet the deadline to ensure timely publication of the magazine
8. To solicit for merchant partnerships and support the Business Development Department and Membership Department.
9..Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Min GCE'O' level and above
2. At least 2-3 years experience in planning & organizing events
3. Ability to multi-tasks with self-driven attitude
4. Strong diplomacy and excellent communications skills
5. Highly proficient in Ms Office, Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools such as canvas
6. Excellent verbal and writing skill
7. Outdoor/large-scale events experience an advantage
8. Proven track record in creating and delivering successful events
