Full Job Description

General practice requires medical receptionist/clinic executive

Service oriented and pleasant personality critical. Able to work in a team and under duress. Strong work ethics and shows initiative.

Main roles

*Making appointments/amending appointments, assisting patients with PRPP login
*Answering email or telephone queries , informing patients about completed tests (blood/XR reports)
*Administrative tasks like cashiering, reminding/recalling patients for appointments/reviews, labeling of forms, directing patients to room
*Simple medical tasks like taking height, weight, assessing distant vision
*Dispensing medications
*Assistance with procedures like ECG
*EXPERIENCE WITH Clinic Assist (electronic note platform) is helpful
*Other duties assigned by in-charge.

Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
