The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing of care needs and evaluation of programs of care ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. She will promote and restores patients' health by collaborating with doctors and multidisciplinary team members. At the same time provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The Staff Nurse will assist the Doctor / Clinic manager in coordinating, implementing and monitoring clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement, clinical excellence, operational, financial and service quality.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school by Singapore Nursing Board with a Certificate, Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year of post-basic nursing.
State Registered Nurse and valid nursing practicing license.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Valid Certification in BCLS & AED.
Demonstrates excellent team working skills with ability to work using own initiative.
Customer service skills.
Ability to receive telephone inquiries in a tactful, helpful manner.
Ability to respond to emergency situations and unpleasant elements.
