Customer Service Representative (Lens Consultant) - Optician / Optometrist #HKH

Job Responsibilities

• Give professional advice on product and service queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Work with the commercial team as a lens expert, advising eye care practitioners and colleagues.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, and other channels.
• Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or sometimes on-site.
• Handle incoming calls or inquiries from customers.
• Resolve customer disputes or complaints.
• Address customer queries or complaints via phone, email, or other platforms.
• Support order entries placed via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Help customers check job status and provide updates.
• Assist the marketing and professional affairs team with administrative tasks for campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma in Optometry or Opticianry certification
• 3 years relation work experience or optical retail experience
