Marketing Executive - Leading Industry Pay

We're seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to lead innovative campaigns and initiatives for the Benjamin Barker Group, namely, Benjamin Barker, Benjamin Barker Studios and The Assembly Ground Café. Marketing Calendar Management:

• Develop and maintain the marketing calendar for all campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives.

Promotions and Events:

• Plan and execute tactical promotions to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Organize and manage events aimed at promoting store visits and increasing brand awareness.

Social Media and Community Management:

• Oversee the management of social media accounts, ensuring regular updates, engagement with the online community, and responsiveness to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Manage online communities across social media platforms and Google accounts, fostering engagement and building brand loyalty.

Collaboration and Asset Creation:

• Collaborate closely with Benjamin Barker Studios and The Assembly Ground Café to understand their services and products and develop effective marketing strategies and promotional materials in alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Work with the Creative Team to create visually compelling assets that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee photo shoots for all brands under the Benjamin Barker Group.

Partnerships and Influencer Collaboration:

• Partner with strategic allies to develop joint promotions, leveraging databases and media exposure.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant agencies and influencers to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness, fosters customer engagement, and drives conversions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate monthly performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for future strategies and initiatives.

Content Development and Campaign Execution:

• Craft persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.

Additional Responsibilities:
