Regional Marketing Executive - $4,900 / Central (ID: 605507) - Hiring Urgently

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing marketing efforts in Singapore and export markets such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, and others.
• Manage the pipeline to improve future visibility.
• Supervise the operation of the academy and showroom to optimize performance and deliver targeted lectures.
• Drive brand strategy execution and develop new initiatives to increase market share and ranking.
• Ensure successful launches of new products and review comprehensive 360 plans covering Public relations, media, social media & digital, forecasting, and events. Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and plan proactive responses.
• Ensure accurate product forecasting and timely submission. Manage A&P budget accurately and promptly.
• Provide marketing support for commercial air conditioning activities.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of all ATL & BTL collaterals, POSM, and launch samples for maximum impact.
• Organize events and promotions with high-quality executions to maximize commercial returns.
• Maintain regular and timely communication with sales and corporate marketing teams to ensure the success of upcoming activities and initiatives.
• Attend major promotions and events to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with Public relations and Corporate Marketing teams to secure coverage for products and launches.
• Plan and execute impactful promotions and event setups.
• Ensure timely delivery of all POSM for launches.
• Execute sales and marketing activities in alignment with HQ directives.
• Coordinate among local teams to implement solutions for enhancing sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and reporting as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong in project management and project planning
