We are Gaia Veterinary Centre, a team of experienced veterinary surgeons hunting down like-minded colleagues to join us.

Who is missing in the Team Gaia?

Receptionists

Ideally armed with previous front desk experience. Applications must have a calm and polite demeanour with excellent communication skills. Entry levels are welcome to apply too.

Must have abilities include:

- Multi-tasking

- Strong sense of responsibility & teamwork

- Exceptional communication skills

- Competent written English to respond to email and social media enquiries

- Empathy & strong emotional ability during high stress situations

- Time management and able to work in a high paced environment

Love for animals is a definite plus!

How will you grow with Gaia Veterinary Centre?

You can expect lots of opportunities to witness the whole spectrum of veterinary medicine that include (but not limited to) orthopaedics, physiotherapy, advanced imaging, in-house diagnostics and even exotic animal medicine. You will be given opportunities to grow professionally in the area of administration and clinic management.
