Bartender - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities

• . Develop a creative cocktail menu aligned with the Hotel's concept.
• . Carry out daily inventory count and requisite stocks via system.
• . Oversee all aspects of bar operations.
• . Assist the Bar/Restaurant Manager, Front of House in ensuring the quality and consistency of all products and bar operations.
• . Perform bartending duties, ie taking orders, mixing and serving of snacks and drinks, interacting with guests and cashiering duties.
• . Assist the Bar/Restaurant Manager in preparing reports (Daily Sales Report, Monthly Summary of Events Reports and Sales Forecast Report) for the F&B Manager.
• . Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• . Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
• . Prepare cocktails by mixing ingredients and ensuring high quality presentation.
• . Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing food and garnishes, setting up bar station and restocking ingredients.
• . Ensure bar is fully stocked by restocking and replenishing inventories and supplies.
• .Maintain high stand of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar.
• . Perform adhoc duties as assigned by the Bar/Restaurant Manager.
• . Assist Bar/Restaurant Manager in quarterly marketing promotions.
