Job Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service for registration and appointments of department
• Respond to, and follow up on, customers’ inquiries over phone, email and messaging
• Process payments and invoices
• Administrative duties 
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• Experience in healthcare or customer service will be advantageous
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
