Production Control Coordinator - Start Immediately

Position Title: Production Control Coordinator 

Job Description

• Create and release new job orders based on new requirements or pull in orders
• Ensure that supply and demand are properly supported well with customer forecast and material in ERP Planning System
• Update Master Manufacturing Method/Detail per official request
• Review slow moving parts and expedite in shopfloor, based on daily shipment and WIP job progress
• Coordinate between Sales, Production, Engineering and Purchasing department in timely manner to ensure proper flow to prevent late delivery
• Prepare the Monthly Aging WIP and KPI Reports
• Prepare the Weekly Assembly Part Report
• Document control

Pre-Requisites

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/Technical related disciplines
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Windows XP and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin (Good communication skills in Mandarin to handle and coordinate between Chinese speaking Sales, Production, Engineering and Purchasing department in timely manner to ensure the proper flow.)
• Experience working in Production Control/Planning Department will be an advantage and candidate may be considered for a senior role
• Basic understanding of MRP system
• Strong work ethics
• Working experience in low volume manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent level of organizational skills and ability to work on several projects at the same time
