Quantity Surveyor - M&E - Positive Work Culture

Job Description:

• Support the execution of main and sub-contracts. 
• Track the progress of claims and respond to payment requests. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project budgets and submissions. 
• Perform Bill of Quantity Take-Off. 
• Manage contract administration for clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. 
• Formulate contractual responses and participate in project discussions. Prepare tender submissions as needed. 
• Issue contracts, progress claims, and payment responses. 
• Monitor project costs to ensure compliance with contract laws.
• Analyze costs and develop cost-reduction strategies. • Monitor and analyze monthly Cash Flow submissions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent. 
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in M&E. 
• Candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply. 
• Strong analytical and numerical skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
