Sales Coordinator (S$3.2K/Jurong East) (ID: 605483) - Innovative Company

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for Sales Coordinator position.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices, delivery orders & verification of goods receipt etc
• Monitor and maintain healthy level of stocks 
• Order monitoring and coordinate with factory for order status
• Coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules 
• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, arrival notice, tax invoice and others)
• Work closely with Sales and Logistics team to ensure sufficient inventory level and timely delivery
• Assist in other ad-hoc project and assignments
• Inventory control (Handle all Inventory, Purchasing, and Shipping related duties)

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics or its equivalent with working working experience preferred
• Knowledge in import & export shipment is an added advantage
• Meticulous and self-motivated with good communication, administrative skills and good team player 
• Good initiative and able to work independently
