Responsibilities:
- Manage AR and AP processes.
- Prepare statements of account and manage payment collections.
- Maintain and update financial records in SAP.
- Process payments, expense claims, and other financial paperwork.
- Reconcile bank statements and correct discrepancies for precise financial records.
- Support in monthly financial closings and audit preparations.
- Manage monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
- Keep accurate employee data in HRIS and handle work pass renewals.
- Maintain HR records and documents for ISO compliance.
- Assist with general office tasks, document management, and filing.
- Update and keep office records, including ISO documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
