Accounts Executive (Full Sets) - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain fixed assets register and ensure accurate accounting of all fixed assets.
• Provide a timely and precise closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts and reports to the Auditor and HQ. 
• Prompt resolution of the company conflicts to meet closing deadlines. 
• Gathering data and information for inclusion in the Statutory Audited Report.
• Collaborate with local auditors, legal counsel, and stakeholders to compile documentation for annual accounts. 
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of the Statutory Audited Report.
• Review and update SOX documentation/check sheets, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and controls.
• Carry out monthly bank reconciliations, preparing and compiling tax and audit schedules.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy. 
• At least 2-3 years of related working experience. 
• Prior audit and statutory reporting experience. 
• Competent with MS Office Applications and ERP Systems, SAP.
