Responsibilities:
- Manage documents and provide assistance with the QA department documentations.
- Maintain the accuracy and currency of administrative databases and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for customers’ inquiries and concerns.
- In-charge for the monthly submission of samples for ICP testing and ensure timely review and preparation.
- Conduct regular reviews of SPC and control limits, updating the systems accordingly.
- Assist Engineer in consolidating test results.
- Provide test reports for customers.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any related discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Administrative role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
