Admin (Quality Assurance) - Urgent Hire

Responsibilities: 

• Manage documents and provide assistance with the QA department documentations. 
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of administrative databases and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for customers’ inquiries and concerns. 
• In-charge for the monthly submission of samples for ICP testing and ensure timely review and preparation.
• Conduct regular reviews of SPC and control limits, updating the systems accordingly.
• Assist Engineer in consolidating test results. 
• Provide test reports for customers.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in any related discipline. 
• At least 2 years of working experience in Administrative role. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
